Terms & Conditions – United Crest

United Crest silver bullion products are minted and/or casted exclusively using 999+ fine silver purity and are designed for investment, gifting, collection, festive, and wealth-preservation purposes. Every product is manufactured with a strong focus on premium finish, detailing, purity, and presentation quality.

1. Product Quality & Finish

• All United Crest bullion products are made using 999+ purity silver only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Products may be minted, machine-struck, hand-poured, or casted depending on the collection and design style.
• High-finish surfaces, embossed detailing, mirror effects, antique textures, frosted elements, and handcrafted casting characteristics may naturally vary slightly from piece to piece.
• Hand-poured and casted products may display natural cooling lines, rustic textures, or minor dimensional variations, which are considered part of their unique bullion character and not defects.
• Product images are for representation purposes only.

2. Pricing & Orders

• Silver bullion pricing is directly linked to live precious metal market rates and may fluctuate without prior notice.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment verification.
• Due to bullion price volatility, cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds may not be permitted after order confirmation or processing.
• United Crest reserves the right to cancel suspicious, fraudulent, speculative, or pricing-error transactions without liability.

3. Packaging & Delivery

• Products may be supplied in capsules, certicards, protective sleeves, wraps, or premium presentation packaging depending on product category.
• Customers must inspect parcels immediately upon delivery.
• Any tampering, damage, missing contents, or delivery discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours with supporting photos/videos.

4. United Crest Rewards (UC)

• Earn 1 UC per ₹100 spent on standard purchases.
• On orders using UC redemption, earn rate becomes 1 UC per ₹200 on actual cash paid after redemption.
• 1 UC = 0.01g silver equivalent for loyalty calculation purposes.
• Redemption is capped at the lower of 50% of accumulated UC balance or 5% of cart value.
• UC balances are promotional loyalty benefits only, are non-transferable, non-cashable, and may be revised, suspended, or withdrawn without prior notice.

5. General

• Precious metals are subject to market risks and price fluctuations.
• Product availability, specifications, packaging styles, and promotional offers may change without prior notice.
• By placing an order, the customer acknowledges acceptance of all United Crest policies, pricing structures, and terms & conditions.
