1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- High-value or bulk orders may require additional verification before dispatch.
2. Shipping Partner
All our delivery logistics is being fulfilled by Amazon Shipping, ensuring reliable and secure delivery across Pan India.
3. Estimated Delivery Timelines (After Dispatch)
- Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
- Non-Metro / Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–8 business days
Note: Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors like weather, logistics delays, or regulatory checks.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹10,000.
- Standard shipping charges may apply on lower-value orders (calculated at checkout).
5. Secure & Reliable Delivery
Given the nature of precious metals:
- Tamper-proof packaging is used for all consignments.
- Orders require OTP-based or signature verification at the time of delivery.
6. Packaging Standards
- Products are securely packed in protective packaging (blister/box/secure wraps).
- Outer packaging is discreet for safety and privacy.
- No mention of “gold/silver/bullion” is made on the package label.
7. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
- Real-time tracking is available through the Amazon Shipping website.
8. Delivery Attempts
- Up to 2–3 delivery attempts will be made by the courier partner.
- If delivery fails, the shipment may be returned to our facility (RTO).
9. Failed Deliveries / RTO (Return to Origin)
In case of failed delivery due to - Incorrect address / Customer unavailable / Refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us (RTO) and:
- Re-shipping charges will be applicable.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping & handling costs.
10. Address & KYC Requirements
- Customers must provide accurate shipping, mobile number, and address details.
- For high-value orders, ID verification may be requested before dispatch.
- Orders cannot be redirected once shipped.
11. Damaged / Tampered Packages
We advise our Customers to:
- Record an unboxing video upon receiving the package if you suspect something.
- Do not accept packages that appear tampered.
In case of issues, report to us via email within 24 hours of delivery with proof.
12. Serviceable Areas
We currently ship across Pan India, subject to serviceability by the Logistics partner.
13. Liability Disclaimer
United Crest is not liable for delays caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Logistics partner disruptions

Due to the nature of bullion products, All sales are final once dispatched. Shipping security protocols are strictly enforced in accordance to applicable Laws of the land.
